Tai Hang Hau, Clearwater Bay

This renovation of an outdoor entertaining area involved all custom made, built-in storage with industrial fridge and freezer, purpose built for low maintenance entertaining.  Additional seating benches were designed and constructed around the property as was the feature wall....

With this residential furnishing project, came the goal to refresh and modernise the "look" of the apartment as a whole.  While some pieces of furniture were given a new look and lease of life by restoring and painting,  new furniture items were purchased or custom-made to tie in with the new colour scheme.  The outcome was a stylish home with a feeling of comfort and calm....

Life Solutions, Hong Kong

Originally a bare, industrial space, the designer was enlisted to furnish and add "warmth" to the Reception area and Managing Director's office.  The elements of Earth and Wood were incorporated into these two spaces as specified by a Fung Shui master, with area rugs essential to reduce the echo from the concrete flooring.  The result is a warm, welcoming space....

While this client brought most of their existing furniture when moving, the new home required a substantial amount of custom, built-in furniture to house an extensive book and curio collection.  In addition to custom furniture items, a considerable amount of detail went into painting, lighting and window treatments throughout....

Babington House, Mid-Levels West

The project brief was to create "a colonial-style apartment" incorporating rich colours and textures. Originally mostly modern in its design, the interior of this five-bedroom apartment was stripped to a bare shell. With no children to accommodate,  two of the bedrooms and bathrooms were converted into a luxurious ensuite master bedroom with his-and-hers dressing rooms.  Other bedrooms were converted into a study, TV snug and guest ensuite....

Pine Court, Old Peak Road

This project involved fully renovating two ensuite bathrooms, both of which originally featured a bath tub and storage cabinet with poor utilisation of space.  In their place, a luxurious walk-in shower, separate WC cubicle and a generous double basin vanity were created.  Warm tones were used throughout to give a modern yet relaxing feel with an inspired choice of colour for the Asian-inspired cabinet.   A guest bathroom was also updated by replacing the WC and basin cabinet....

Kadoorie Avenue, Kowloon

While being a big decision for this family to move from a home with views overlooking the sea, an oasis was created within the heart of the city.  The client took this opportunity to refresh, de-clutter and update their "look".  After working with the architect on specific design elements of this 1950s Bauhaus-style house, the designer furnished and decorated the five-bedroom home, with mostly new pieces as well as the clients' favourite furniture and artwork.  The garden and terrace were...

The brief for this airy, high ceilinged apartment was to create a "family home", which incorporated the client's Hawaiian roots with a subtle Asian twist.  They wanted to create functional areas in a relatively open plan space whilst giving each of the children a personalised feel for their bedrooms. Colours, textures, wallpapers and painted feature walls were blended together with new furnishings to create a space that the client most definitely felt like they could call home....

This design and build renovation project involved transforming a dark, pokey apartment into a contemporary home conducive to entertaining.  From three bedrooms and two tiny bathrooms, the designer created a stunning one bedroom ensuite with chic, mirrored dressing room.  The client's passion for cooking required an originally boxy kitchen to be converted so that the open-planned layout became integral to the living and dining spaces.  ...
