The project brief was to create "a colonial-style apartment" incorporating rich colours and textures. Originally mostly modern in its design, the interior of this five-bedroom apartment was stripped to a bare shell. With no children to accommodate, two of the bedrooms and bathrooms were converted into a luxurious ensuite master bedroom with his-and-hers dressing rooms.
